A Settlement has been reached with Concord Music Group, Inc. (“Concord” or “Defendant”) in a class action lawsuit about a data security incident that occurred in or around February 2024 (“Cyberattack”).
The lawsuit is styled Karen Edwards v. Concord Music Group, Inc., Case No. 24C2675 (Cir. Ct. Davidson Cty.). Concord denies the allegations and all liability or wrongdoing with respect to any and all facts and claims alleged in the lawsuit but has agreed to a settlement to avoid the costs and risks associated with continuing this case.
You are included in this Settlement if you are a Settlement Class Member. The Settlement Class is defined as all individuals who were sent notice related to the data breach disclosed by Concord on or about February 1, 2024.

Opt Out of the Settlement | You can choose to opt out of the Settlement and receive no payment.
